Africa Regent is a distinctly different family run
4 STAR luxury establishment, offering personalised service, impeccable
attention to detail, great value for money and a distinctive quality
experience. Exclusively for our guests is a spacious lounge, dining
room, patio, and bar complete with TV, pool table and darts The
bar opens onto a natural rock swimming pool with cascading waterfall
and built in Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the pool is the entertainment
area for buffets, braai or pizza. Accommodation & Services The
traditional African décor abounds throughout with each of
the six double bedrooms (5 en-suite, 1 private bathroom) being appointed
with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, hair dryer, bath
robes, hostess trays. Our penthouse, set in a nautical theme, has
lovely views of the bay and ocean. Other facilities include secure
off road parking, airport transfers, golf club hire, laundry service,
fax, e-mail/internet (wireless ADSL) service and picnic lunches.
Prices include full English/Continental breakfast. A full range
of other meals are available. Major credit cards accepted. Regret

Location
Located in the quiet suburb of Durban North by the warm Indian Ocean
and conveniently situated between Durban's Golden Mile and Umhlanga
Village Resort. An ideal location offering complete relaxation and
privacy whilst being just minutes away from the beach, shopping
malls, ICC, cinemas, theatres, casino, sports stadiums, sports facilities
and tourist attractions. Within walking distance are banks, post
office, restaurants and pharmacy. Twenty minutes from the airport.

Directions to accommodation
From Durban International Airport & The South:
From the airport join the N2 Freeway North then take the third exit
N3 Freeway (City). N3 approaching the city the road splits. Take
the left fork M4 (North Coast & Beaches). Proceed along M4 (Old
Dutch - Alice St - Old Fort Rd) until you reach junction with Stanger
St. Take left turn M4 (North Coast & Umhlanga). Proceed straight
onto Freeway. Pass over the Umgeni River and take the second off
ramp Junction 4 (Durban North / Broadway). On your left is an ENGEN
petrol station. Turn left into Old Mill Way. Proceed up Old Mill
Way until you reach Regent Place (8th road on your right). Turn
right into Regent Place. We are No 24 near to the end of that road
on the right.
From Johannesburg:
Approaching Durban on the N3 Freeway pass over N2 and follow instructions
as a bove.
From Durban CBD:
Leaving the City Centre take the M12 NMR Avenue. Proceed over the
Umgeni River Bridge where the road becomes M12 Northway. At the
second set of lights turn right into Old Mill Way and then take
the second turn left into Regent Place. We are No 24
near to the end of the road on the left.
From the North Coast:
Proceeding along the M4 from Umhlanga towards Durban, take exit
4 Durban North /Broadway. Turn right over the freeway and after
the yield you will see an ENGEN Petrol Station on your left. Turn
left into Old Mill Way.Proceed up Old Mill Way until you reach Regent
Place (8th road on your right).Turn right into Regent Place. We
are No 24 near to the end of that road on the right.
